    Government Solutions Specialists (GSS) is a Small Business, Veteran, Minority owned and operated solutions organization serving the Federal Government. GSS was founded on the belief that its majority owners and their partners could provide the federal government with solutions to operational challenges; solutions that will expedite and improve operations resulting in success for its customers. GSS executives bring a wealth of knowledge and experience across federal agencies and clarity of operations within the federal market place.

    Combined with his years of service in the United States Navy, majority owner Robert Holland, leverages his commercial and government contracting experience in building the foundation of this organization.

    Rob Holland
    Managing Partner & CEO

    Rob Holland – is the owner of Government Solutions Specialists, LLC and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Holland served in the U.S. Navy. Stationed on the U.S.S. Saipan as a Ship’s Serviceman, supporting Supply & Logistics. Responsible for several service functions on the USS Saipan including Supply Management, Shipping & Receiving, Warehousing & Distribution, Inventory Management, Property Disposal and Recovery. After serving in the Armed Forces Mr. Holland began work with Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Holland then continued his Federal career working with State Dept /Overseas Building Operations. Mr. Holland then worked directly for the Department of State – Diplomatic Security gaining more intricate knowledge on Government Procedures performing Inspection(s) of Secure Facilities for certification as well as shipments overseas to American Embassies. Mr. Holland has also maintined a high level Security Clearance during his Contracting and Federal career and still active today.

    Raghuram Panthangi - Raghuram Panthangi (Raghu), an expert in Informational Technology, serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Government Solutions Specialists, LLC. Raghu has over 19 years of experience as an IT Specialist with specialization in Database Management and Web-based applications. He works closely with all levels of senior Federal Government and private sector leaders. Raghu has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Scrum Master. He has outstanding problem solving and issue resolution competencies that allow him to provide sound practical solutions to seemingly insurmountable issues.
